So we are going to talk about the one that makes your beard behave – THE Beard Oil and tomorrow about the lush cooling serum that is The Organic Mens facial serum for those who shave, suffer from breakouts or have angry skin.

Beard Oil
Softens, tames, and conditions without the grease.
Keeps the beard sleek, the skin soothed, and the scent a pure delight!

What’s in it + why it’s mint:
Castor Oil – calms irritation, adds shine, helps strengthen hair, encourages growth
Sunflower Oil – brightens, smooths, rich in vitamin E
Avocado Oil – boosts growth, adds shine

Essential oil blend – deep, fresh and balanced:

How to use:
Lightly mist your beard with water first.
Warm a few drops of oil in your hands and work into beard and skin beneath.

I have sold so many of these bottles of lushness but mostly when is on the stall with his magnificent beard, thats been nourished with our, wey his oil really, it only exists because he needed one. What a LUSH weekend.

Saturday was spent attuning the most lovely group of souls, so excited to see where their journey takes them. So proud if each and every one ❤️🙏

Then off the Bents Park for the Sunday summer Pride concert. The acts were all incredible!! Another busy one for us and as always so so lush to see lovely faces coming back to add another little deeelight to their collection! Thank you to everyone who tried, who tucked a card away for later and who bought our lovely products. Huge thanks as always to Emily for all her help and Jamie for logistics and operations ❤️

Then we nicked straight to allotment to grab some veggies 😍

Its my 2nd last week at the fabulous Westoe Practice seeing my 121 members and clients with a day of my most FAV corporate work ever scheduled in too. Sunday 27th sees us back at the bents park 12-5 for another fab day of lush vibes, rubbing unreal plant juice on wa faces and some great music!

Another fantastic Sunday at the Bents park Tyneside Events the acts were brilliant and the day had the best vibe. It was lush as always to chat to you all and my phone has been going none stop with messages from you all about how much you love your products and that's just amazing! For those who messaged with questions I think I have replied to you all now so if not message me again :) We are there again this Sunday so pop over to say hi.

Okay so I thought it would be a good idea to introduce you to my Organic Aromatherapy products and I thought we would start with my beautiful balm. I have been obsessed with balms and creating that right blend of buttery soft with enough viscosity to massage beautifully into the skin and I do believe we have done it here.

Cleansing Balm
Blended Shea butter, powerhouse oils like almond and sunflower are gently fragranced with essential oils and enriched with Glycerine and Vit E, making this fabulous at removing makeup and the days impurities. Its great for those with sensitive skin, is a brilliant winter skin shield and a rich mask. I dot on cuts or anything that looks angry or feels rough and it works wonders. Oh and when its warm get it in the fridge to keep its solid form and to have a lush soothing treat.

Simply massage (a little goes a long way) on to a dry face and remove with a warm damp cloth. Leave up to 15 mins as a rich mask or dot as required.

Hello my loves,

I have decided to step away from social media all together.

My business profiles are now set to auto post monthly offerings, workshops, experiences and more but are not checked. My inboxes are not monitored or checked.

Please do understand that The Botanical Apothecary is one person. Me. Justbeth.

I make, create and blend all my own aromatherapy products, I write, design and print all my own materials for my range of workshops, I am fully booked 6/8 weeks in advance for my treatments and experiences, along with running my perfect blend membership programme and my retreats. I dont have enough time to be on here and as grounded and focused in the real world as I need to be.

Maybe its career su***de or maybe its freedom.

I am also working very hard to create a really special aromatherapy workshop that will run each month throughout 2025 and im currently redesigning and updating my chakra course to a new exciting format, in a super exciting way, so lots of big changes happening in 2025. 🤗 So, someone said something to me this week, and it struck a chord...

💞 I met two lovely ladies, and was walking back to the event at dinner time (lunch, whatever 🙄🤷🏻‍♀️😂).. and we were talking about the energy and diversity of the people at the event.

🤔 I mentioned that there was a woman who I had met at another event, who was also there, and how she did that thing of not really interacting when I said hello.. I said it was ok for people to do that, I just find it odd when people don’t acknowledge folk, for example, if it they just saw you across the room, smiled and nodded and raised hand slightly in a wee wave of acknowledgement. I don’t need a full on conversation and to be your best mate, I just see it as good manners. More on manners later .. 🤪

😱 Anyway, this woman says to me “Yes, but your happiness is intimidating”.. and I cannot tell you how much this one truthful comment from a complete stranger impacted me. What a gift! 💝

🥰 MY HAPPINESS IS INTIMIDATING?

😔 The old me might have been self critical. She might have shrunk into herself and become ‘less’.

😬 The old me might have felt bad for ‘making’ someone feel intimidated.

😳 The old me might have gone into a state of rejection and confusion, thinking “I can’t do right for doing wrong- some folk say I have resting bitch face and am too stern, others say I am ‘too much’..”

🤩 What does ME ‘me’ say?

🤗 MY HAPPINESS IS NOT INTIMIDATING. My happiness is valid, and real, and I am worthy of happiness. YOU feeling uncomfortable in my presence is not my responsibility. I love you regardless. I don’t take that s**t personally.

💓 We all resonate at certain frequencies, and it’s just a fact of life that you won’t be everyones cup of tea. The more we allow ourselves to just be unashamedly US.. the quicker this bollocksy behaviour stops. And that helps ALL OF US.

🤪 Anyway, back to manners and a wee observation this week.. 79 countries at the event. Some queue, some don’t.. are we British folk just following a different belief system? 🤔 Genuine question to myself this week. Are we the daft ones?
