After a spectacular day yesterday we are back today to do it all again. Just over from the fab .tyne.juice and down from .on.the.tyne come see us and all the other fab traders and food vendors and mostly importantly come enjoy the sun.

I dont usually do this but ive got some fab bank holiday offers running today seeing as we were so so busy yesterday ♥️🙏

All set up and ready to go at the Food Festival at the Bents park. Live music starts from 12. Everything smells amazing already. Come see us and all the other amazing traders and enjoy the lush weather

We will be at the Great North Fest in the Park Sat, Sun and Mon from 12. Weather is looking warm and there will loads of lush food stalls and music so get your selves along for a canny weekend.

Day 9 on the nourishing skin soothe trial and my group is already feeling the benefits. Swipe to read some of them 💚🙌

This months skin soothe trial group are using the following

- cleansing Balm AKA wonderbalm the multifaceted little dream soothing skin, cleansing away make-up and the days imputries, a blissful mask for anywhere on your body you need. Scalp, face, shins, arms. Its got you covered.
- body wash from the top of your head to toe this hydrating wash soothing, cleans and gently loves the skin youre in!
- body lotion rich, decadent and delightful. Also fab as an after sun, a hair conditioner/mask
- my 3 hour soundscape - helping us sooth our nervous system while we nourishing the biggest organ in our body, our skin.

They are creating their own bathing rituals using minerals, salts, blooms and oils, moving away from chemical laden alternatives and seeing the benefits.

This will be held at on Westoe road. South Shields
Wednesday 3rd June
7pm to 9pm.

Together we shall sip a deeply soothing Blue lotus tea, breathe its decadent oil, before settling down to be washed with healing frequencies and of course blissful Reiki energy work.

Blue lotus is a sacred dreamweaver plant helping us with deeper connection and communicating personal messages during our sleep. Ill be sharing information on how to decipher those messages and sending you home to slowly drift away into a deeply restorative slumber.
