A little update from me 🧡

I know it’s been a bit quiet on here, but my full-time NHS role has been incredibly busy and that’s where most of my time and energy has been focused. And sometimes I have to practice what I preach: recognising when I’m stretched too thin, taking a step back, and giving myself permission to pause.

Outside of work, there’s the balance of family time, all the usual adult responsibilities and the all important one - Time For You..

Sometimes something simply has to give. And for me, that meant my social media had to take a little pause.

No one can do it all, all of the time, and that’s when you need a moment to breathe and reset.

I’m still open, still accepting appointments, and still here for all your skincare and relaxation needs.

I’m always creating in the background — planning what I can offer next, shaping new packages, and even reviewing some new skincare ranges that I’m hoping to introduce in the New Year.

And… I will be doing some sales this coming Black Friday, so keep your eyes peeled 👀

Evenings are my me-time. Nothing beats a candle-lit bath, relaxing, and giving my skin the care it deserves.

I’ve been a Liz Earle girl since I was about 16 (my staples never change). I do add some products into the mix now and again, but it’s rare they stay – my skin is super sensitive and reactive, yet I never react to these at all.

I’ve been dying to try the Revitalise & Glow Radiance Reveal Night Cream and oh my god… it feels divine.

And because I couldn’t resist, I treated myself to the Orange Flower Botanical Body Wash. With geranium, lavandin and lavender essential oils, bitter orange flower water and sweet orange fruit extract, the scent is so fresh and uplifting – honestly, I feel like a new woman.

I’ve used the products on my face this evening and my skin is glowing.
Plus, I smell lush from head to toe.

Consistency with a skincare routine really does wonders. I’m always consistent with my skincare… now if only I could be consistent in other areas too. Maybe someday, maybes one day…
