She took a short break earlier this year to try hospital pharmacy, but soon realised Carters is truly her home 💙 … and we’re so glad to have her back! 🏠

🤣 Meet the Team Monday – THE Boss (when we can find him)

Say hello to Hassan – our big boss, Superintendent Pharmacist, and full-time mystery man.

He technically runs Carters (and all our other branches across the North East)… but blink and you’ll miss him. Last spotted: August 2023. Possibly. Maybe.

Carters was his very first pharmacy, so it should be his favourite – but these days he mostly lives on a plane, running the show with his trusty laptop and a suspiciously good Wi-Fi connection 💻✈️

His responsibilities include:
🔹 Making sure everything runs safely
🔹 Keeping the paperwork in order
🔹 Pretending we’re not chaotic
🔹 Keeping staff happy (10/10 for effort 😂)
🔹 “Popping in” once a year for a cuppa

Always making sure we deliver top-notch service to our customers – whether he’s on site or sending emojis from 30,000 feet.

Andy’s been with us for over 5 years, bringing smiles (and prescriptions!) across South Shields and beyond. Whether it’s rain or shine, you can count on him to keep things moving.

When he’s not out on the road, you’ll probably spot him enjoying a pint somewhere around Shields 🍻 or teeing off on the golf course ⛳️ – he knows how to unwind after a busy week!

Ramisha is currently waiting for her final qualification to come through — once that arrives, she’ll be a fully qualified Pharmacy Dispenser! 🎉

You’ll often find her smiling face over at our sister shop Flagg Court, but she spends half her week right here at Carters (her favourite spot! 😉).

Ramisha is our happy-go-lucky team member, always ready with a smile and always happy to help 💫
