🤣 Meet the Team Monday – THE Boss (when we can find him)

Say hello to Hassan – our big boss, Superintendent Pharmacist, and full-time mystery man.

He technically runs Carters (and all our other branches across the North East)… but blink and you’ll miss him. Last spotted: August 2023. Possibly. Maybe.

Carters was his very first pharmacy, so it should be his favourite – but these days he mostly lives on a plane, running the show with his trusty laptop and a suspiciously good Wi-Fi connection 💻✈️

His responsibilities include:
🔹 Making sure everything runs safely
🔹 Keeping the paperwork in order
🔹 Pretending we’re not chaotic
🔹 Keeping staff happy (10/10 for effort 😂)
🔹 “Popping in” once a year for a cuppa

Always making sure we deliver top-notch service to our customers – whether he’s on site or sending emojis from 30,000 feet.

Say hello to Andy, one of our brilliant delivery drivers who makes sure your medication gets to your door safely and on time! 💊📦

Andy’s been with us for over 5 years, bringing smiles (and prescriptions!) across South Shields and beyond. Whether it’s rain or shine, you can count on him to keep things moving.

When he’s not out on the road, you’ll probably spot him enjoying a pint somewhere around Shields 🍻 or teeing off on the golf course ⛳️ – he knows how to unwind after a busy week!

Ramisha is currently waiting for her final qualification to come through — once that arrives, she’ll be a fully qualified Pharmacy Dispenser! 🎉

You’ll often find her smiling face over at our sister shop Flagg Court, but she spends half her week right here at Carters (her favourite spot! 😉).

Ramisha is our happy-go-lucky team member, always ready with a smile and always happy to help 💫

This week we’re shining the spotlight on our very own Pharmacy Barbie – Levi! 💅💊

By day, she’s a hard-working, qualified dispenser (for 10 whole years, can you believe it? 👀) – and by night… well, let’s just say she knows how to let her hair down! 🪩🍹

You’ll usually find Levi here at Carters, but she also makes special guest appearances at our Flagg Court branch – kind of like a pharmacy pop star on tour. 🌟

Need your blood pressure checked? 💓 Levi’s your girl – and yes, it’s completely free. So pop in, say hi, and maybe ask her for some party tips while you’re at it. 😜

Say hello to Victor — our resident pharmacist, people-person, and football fanatic!

Victor’s been fully qualified for 3 years, and he’s all about community pharmacy life. Why? Because he loves a good chat! Whether you’ve got questions about your meds or just want to talk football, he’s your guy. 🙌

You’ll spot Victor most often at Carters (his favourite shop — yes, he’s picked a favourite! 😄), but he also works across all our North East Pharmacy Group branches. Basically, if there’s a counter and customers, Victor’s happy!

When he’s off duty, he’s not taking it easy — you’ll find him smashing it at the gym, running through the streets like he’s training for a marathon 🏃‍♂️, or kicking a ball around like he’s on Match of the Day ⚽.

Danielle has been a qualified dispenser for 6 years and has been part of our team here for the past 2. She’s always smiling, always happy to help, and an absolute joy to work with (especially when Newcastle win! 😜⚫⚪).

Friendly, approachable, and full of positive energy – we’re lucky to have her on the team!
