Dear Patients

Our computer systems are going to be upgraded at our Chichester branch on Tuesday 7th October 2025. We kindly ask for your patience this week as we undergo this significant change. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience caused and we will do our best to help people as quickly as we can. We may have some down time at the branch over the coming days but we will do our best to get back on track by the weekend.

Our Dean Road & Farnham branches will be operating as normal and we will continue to provide services such as flu vaccinations.

📱We are also working on improving our text messaging service📱

- Due to the change over of systems at all three branches and GDPR rules all patients that would like a text message must be re registered on to the new system.
- If you would like to receive a text message from the pharmacy please let a member of the team know.
- For patients that use Healthera or NHS app, we are working with our partners to allow the system to send push notifications to your app to make you aware of the journey of your prescription. We will let you know when this is ready. Thank you.
