Just a reminder that I have a 48hour cancellation policy. If you cancel or I turn up and I can’t see you, for whatever reason (after 48hours) I will have to charge you in full for the appointment. I don’t mind rebooking people in but I will have to charge double at the next appointment, if another appointment is not required I will have to invoice you. I also have a 3 time rule. If 3 appointments are missed without 48hours notification you maybe discharged. I’m sure you alll appreciate I’m running a business, and although I totally understand things happen, I unfortunately still have to charge. Thank you.
