How is everyone feeling?

I've been taking time to slow down, go inwards, increasing the time I spend doing my daily practices, and being present with my daughter.

Lionsgate is such a potent time for healing and manifestation, especially this year as we are also in the year of Dragon 🐉.

Connected to Earth because I came here to show her love.

This is nature. This is our traditional way of life. Together in connection. In unity. In each and every moment, the old ways can be chosen once more.

Ditch the shoes every now and again, you will connect, you will receive, and you will remember ♾️

Happy Earth day! 🌎

Today I chose to connect with Earth through one of her amazing and underrated medicines, Clevers' juice.

Taking responsibility for our health is paramount if we want to thrive!
