What an unforgettable, life-changing week 🤍
Training with David Swenson was beyond anything I expected ❤️ I walked in not knowing what to expect and walked out feeling expanded, connected, and overflowing with gratitude 🙏
We all started the week as strangers and somehow became friends so quickly, sharing stories, laughter, sore muscles, and some of the most in-depth, honest conversations. Our lunch breaks sitting at the top of Primrose Hill, soaking in the views
David has such a special way of teaching, the kind that really sticks in your brain. He’s been one of my idols since I first fell in love with Ashtanga, and he was more than I ever expected… such a cool, funny, genuine human.
Forever grateful for this experience and for all the lessons I’ll carry into my practice and teaching ✨
