A lovely bright sunny day at the seafront. An almost Tropical 13 degrees after the last couple of weeks.
A little walk to blow away the cobwebs followed my a coffee before heading off to work.
It’s amazing how a little sun and so fresh air can change your mood.
Off to work for a lovely afternoon in the salon.
Enjoy your day and try to get out even for 10 minutes.

Keep out the cold with a lovely warm lava shell massage, alleviate tension, improve wellbeing and have some time just for you. Perhaps a reflexology treatment, or facial maybe just for you.

I love this illustration by Lucy. I have fairy lights up all year round in my therapy room. They are just so lovely for relaxing in.

My fairy lights won’t be going anywhere til at LEAST Easter.
An illustration I did a few years ago but the setiment is still very much there!🥰 Stay Cosy x

Just a quick note if you received a voucher - remember to choose your treatment and book an appointment. If you received a voucher for a specific treatment and you’re not sure if it’s for you then please contact me and we can have a chat and perhaps create a treatment more suited to you.
An added bonus of a treatment is that you get some time just for you!
In our busy lives it’s important we take some time to relax and just be “me”. It’s not selfish, but necessary.

The difference of an hour! I went for a physio appointment with no sign of snow and when I came out it was a white winter wonderland with heavy snow falling.
Think it’s an indoor day for me!
