.hair.and.gels has been a hair dresser forever on her very first session her shoulders, neck and back were in a very very tense state, on her feet for extremely long hours caused back issues whilst holding hair dryers, scissors spending hours putting foils in had taken its toll massively on Julie’s body, fast forward and Julie is in the best state she has been in in years, her muscles are relaxed the tension has gone and we now are in maintenance mode keeping on top of niggles before they become pain.. being able to look after my colleagues to look after you all is an absolute blessing ❤️
