Happy March everyone! Spring is just around the corner and how wonderful it is to enjoy these slightly lighter nights already.
We have lots of exciting events coming up Breathe this month.

Including our mini retreat led by myself & Liv on the evening of Friday 20th March, from 6.15-9.15PM a chance to pause, reflect and welcome in the light.
Have you been feeling a little bit slow and sad this Winter? Sometimes when it's cold and dark we can feel a heaviness and a lack of motivation. We try to gear ourselves up into new routines and habits in January, when the world outside wants us to retreat and turn inwardly. There's nothing wrong with us, this is the way that nature had intended it to be.
But now is the time to start to slowly emerge as the light starts to return and the frosty Winter soil starts to look colourful again.
Liv and I will be hosting an evening to refresh and reflect, upon the Spring Equinox in celebration of this special transition in the year.
Join us for a mini retreat at Breathe on Friday 20th March - 18.15-21.15 for an evening of:
Gentle movement, Sound healing, Group connection and a shared return of the light ceremony.
The session is £48 and includes drinks and light snacks, can be paid in one or two parts, we hope to see you there.
This FRIDAY - 13/02 is the last £5 Pilates class at the 2026 introductory price - after this time classes will increase inline with Yoga see more details below:

WHY:
Pilates is a safe and effective exercise to create core strength in order to strengthen the muscles that support the spine.
It can also improve postural alignment whilst increasing mobility and flexibility.

Classes are £10 to drop in of £8.50 as part of a 5 class pass which can be used across the course of 3months (£42.50)

Hi I’m Michaela, I founded the Well Beings Collective in August 2018 to share my passion for wellbeing in a holistic and community driven way.
I’m am a qualified Yoga instructor, Mindfulness teacher and a LifeClubs host and have brought these skills together to share with you. I will be teaching and running events in London/Newcastle & South Shields.
At The Well Beings Collective we provide accessible, affordable activities to empower you to own your own health & happiness journey.
We join likeminded people to meditate, practice Yoga, set goals but importantly connect with one another through open conversations in a supportive environment.
You may be interested in one or more of our offerings, we recommend coming along to one of our public classes to get started or Join us for LifeClubs on a monthly basis in Brixton London or South Shields, Tyne & Wear.
I will be running LifeClubs workshops (founded by Nina Grunfeld in 2004) every month from November 2018 on a Saturday morning in South Shields and every 3rd Wednesday in Brixton, London - they are practical, inclusive and fun 3 hour self-improvement workshops.
