TWO things to share with you...
First of all our lovely class from today, ft. a very chilled Ruby dog.
Plus a rest of the week update...
THURSDAY find me Carnival House & Kitchen
- 10.00AM - Chair Yoga
- 11.00AM - Hatha Vinyaysa flow (reasonably steady paced)
- 6.30PM - Hatha Vinyasa flow (little bit more dynamic for those who know the basics and want to go a little bit further)
FRIDAY
- 08.05AM ONLINE ONLY - 45mins Yoga flow
- No Pilates
- 12.15PM Carnival House Gentle class is still on get along if you can
Liv & I have been busy behind the scenes cooking up a wonderful summer festival for you.
Expect plenty of different styles of Yoga to try, Meditation, Yoga Nidra, Breathe work classes, yummy food, live music and fun summer festival vibes with lots of vibrant market stall holders.
We've been to visit Sutton Hall today making our plans and we're so excited.

Tickets are just £25 which allows you to attend as many classes as your hearts desire from 12-8PM - please food not included in this price.

Hi I’m Michaela, I founded the Well Beings Collective in August 2018 to share my passion for wellbeing in a holistic and community driven way.
I’m am a qualified Yoga instructor, Mindfulness teacher and a LifeClubs host and have brought these skills together to share with you. I will be teaching and running events in London/Newcastle & South Shields.
At The Well Beings Collective we provide accessible, affordable activities to empower you to own your own health & happiness journey.
We join likeminded people to meditate, practice Yoga, set goals but importantly connect with one another through open conversations in a supportive environment.
You may be interested in one or more of our offerings, we recommend coming along to one of our public classes to get started or Join us for LifeClubs on a monthly basis in Brixton London or South Shields, Tyne & Wear.
I will be running LifeClubs workshops (founded by Nina Grunfeld in 2004) every month from November 2018 on a Saturday morning in South Shields and every 3rd Wednesday in Brixton, London - they are practical, inclusive and fun 3 hour self-improvement workshops.
