Passed away peacefully on 30th March 2026, aged 85 years.

Beloved wife of the late Derick, much loved mam of Jane and Clare, mother in law of Kevin and Steven. A loving grandma of Amy, Thomas, Lily and Anna. A dear sister in law of Freda and sister of the late Billy.

She will be sadly missed by all of her loving family and friends.

Funeral service to take place at St Cuthbert's Church Hebburn on Wednesday 22nd April 2026 at 11.30am, followed by committal at South Shields Crematorium.

Donations if desired to be split between Living Well with Dementia and St Cuthbert's Church, Hebburn.

The most beautiful Mam to Elaine, Gary & George. Much loved mother-in-law to Darren, Brenda and Christine. Cherished Nanna of David, Nathan, Melissa, Haydn, Samantha, Marie, Gary, Zoe, Mercedes and the late Angela and all thier partners, also a precious great grandma and dear friend of many. Now back in the arms of her dearly loved soulmate George Hamilton.

Funeral service to take place at South Shields Crematorium on Thursday 26th of February at 10.30am, all welcome after the service to South Shields Football Club.

Mary loved her leopard print so if possible could guests please wear a touch of leopard.

John, a long time employee of the former Tyne Dock Engineering (TDE), passed away peacefully on the 27th January 2026, Aged 78yrs after a short illness.

Son of the late Florence & Tommy. A much loved brother to Florence and the late Tommy & Billy, brother-in-law to the late Jeff, and uncle to Chris, David, Claire and Ben. The kindest man you will ever meet who will be very sadly missed, but never forgotten.

John’s funeral service is taking place on Friday 20th February, 9.45am at South Shields Crematorium.
