I reviewed this beautiful 62 years young lady this week 4 months after she entrusted me with her facial rejuvenation at Wood MediSpa.

I performed extended deep plane facelift with neck liposuction endoscopic forehead lift upper and lower blepharoplasty with canthopexy facial fatt ransfer to her temples, cheeks and the corners of her mouth and resurfacing to some age spots (lentigines).

Combinations of facial procedures can be highly synergistic when carefully selected and undertaken the final result is far greater than the sum of its parts! We are both very happy with her results - I’m very grateful that she has allowed me to share her pictures.

This delightful lady felt it was time to make some changes after she had completed her family and underwent abdominoplasty with liposuction and breastreduction with breast uplift (mastopexy ) at woodmedispa 7 months ago.

We recycled some of the lipofat and used to to fill the upper poles of her breasts. lipofilling is an excellent way of moving volume from one area to another and 250cc of tummy fat were transferred to each side.

This beautiful 62 years young lady trusted me to undertake her facial rejuvenation treatment at Wood MediSpa 6 weeks ago.

We did extended deep plane facelift, endoscopic browlift, lip lift, deep necklift, platysmaplasty, chinimplant EAC-S), upper and lower blepharoplasty with canthopexy, co2 laser resurfacing and facial fat grafting.

This lady suffered blunt trauma to her face several years ago … the wound was ragged and messy - it became infected and took a long time to heal by secondary intention.

She approached me for scar revision . At Wood MediSpa we have all scar revision options available including plastic surgery and laser scar revision and my initial treatment plan combined these two modalities - the proximity of vital structures such as the facial nerve and the parotid duct was a concern - with her consent I shared her images on national and international plastic surgery forums which drew corroboration and support… (the hive mind can be very helpful in these cases - the middle image shows the surgical planning ) so we did surgical scar revision by carefully excising (cutting out) the scar tissue and undermining and coapting the wound edges with layered sutures. At the same time she had an ablative laser, laser resurfacing using the CO2 laser to the adjacent areas of scarring. She trusted me with her face and we delivered her a significant improvement - these fundamental techniques form the foundation of our specialty as plastic surgeons - I’m so grateful that she has allowed me to share her images
