Hi Ladies, do you find morning's a bit... stressful? As a Mum of 4, I totally get it! Some days can be a breeze and other day's can be... chaos!
I am setting up a group called The Morning Mummy Reset. This will consist of connection, decompression and meditation, to reset your day. Throughout next week, I will be running taster sessions, numbers are limited and all I ask in return for next week sessions is a testimonial. If this is something you would be interested in, please DM me with the day or day's that are best for you. The sessions will be held at Fenails and Beauty and will run from 9.30am-10.30am

It's a year on from the first lockdown today. For me, this year has been a rollercoaster ride of ups and downs, high highs and low lows, homeschooling, self care, study and growth. I have looked at all aspects of my life and have grown in gratitude for all that is.

How are you feeling one year on? Lockdown has affected so many people, mentally, emotionally, physically and financially and I am trusting that this will be the last lockdown and that we can all grow together and support each other to live our best lives, in kind, loving, caring, compassionate, supportive and peaceful ways.

February is the month of love and as Mother's we give so much love to everyone else, our children, family, friends and it is really important that we don't forget ourselves. You cannot pour from and empty cup, so prioritise time for yourself every day. Whether that is reading a book, listening to your favourite music, enjoying a salt bath, a walk in nature, make yourself a priority and do something for yourself that you enjoy, to restore your own energy, each and every day.

I am so pleased and proud to have gained my HypnoBirthing Practitioner Certificate.

Having used HypnoBirthing The Mongan Method, to birth all 4 of my babies at home, it felt right to learn to teach this method. I am so happy to be able to share this and assist in helping women to achieve a more calm and comfortable birth.
