Happy Christmas from ESH Community
As the year comes to a close we’re reflecting back on another successful year at the rehab, filled with growth, support, and hope for the future.
We want to wish all those who have been part of the rehab journey, along with their families, a very Happy Christmas and a safe, clean and sober New Year!
We understand that this season can be challenging for those in recovery. Remember, you are not alone. If you find yourself struggling, we’re just a phone call away.
Looking ahead to 2025, we’re excited to see what the New Year might bring to enable us to continue building a brighter future for all.

Tom's Story 🏳️‍🌈

It's Pride Month and we had the pleasure of sitting down with Tom, a former resident of ESH and member of the LGBTQIA+ community.

Now 3 years sober, Tom told us his story and shared his experience of 'coming out as gay' and 'coming out as an addict', drawing parallels between the two.

We'd like to give special thanks to Tom for his candour and for making the time to speak to us. Truly, you're an inspiration to us all.
