Health Exchange's Christmas Bonanza 2025

Health Exchange are holding their third Health Exchange Christmas Bonanza

On: Wednesday 3rd December 2025 10am-12.00pm

At: Thornfield indoor bowling club, Bruce Williams Way, Rugby, CV22 5LL (for satnav use CV22 5LJ).

There will be a mix of partner services, Christmas stalls, crafts and free festive refreshments along with their lovely pets as therapy dogs, music and much more.

It is open to everyone and last year they had over 60 attendees.

It is free to attend and there is no charge to have a stall, tables and chairs are provided.

To win such a prestigious award two years in a row is a testament to the hard work, dedication, compassion and quality of our staff, and the incredible ethos we have built at the surgery. But it also reflects the 𝘄𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝘄𝗲 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘆𝗼𝘂, 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀. Our core values remain; Care, Quality & Compassion, and it remains a privilege to serve you all on this basis.

Please see attached flyer for a Health, Wellbeing and Provider fair being held at the Fred Winter Centre, Stratford-Upon-Avon on Wednesday 19th November from 10am to 1pm

This is a chance for residents in the town of Stratford-Upon-Avon and surrounding areas within the district to find out about the vast range of support that is available locally to support their Health and Wellbeing. Fourteen organisations will be on hand to give a range of advice and support.

Based on real-life stories from people affected by dementia that we gathered from Arts Uplift’s successful Suitcase Stories project in partnership with Museums Worcestershire, Navigating Margaret, is an exciting theatre production about a Worcestershire woman’s journey living with dementia and how it affects her family.

The workshops use excerpts from the play, plus interactive activities to offer a low pressure, hands-on introduction to dementia.

Arc Woodland Wellbeing Course in Radford Semele

ARC (www.arccic.co.uk) are pleased to announce dates for three Woodland Wellbeing Courses, the first starting on Weds 5th November.

These 7-week courses of 1 day per week are aimed at people struggling with mental or physical health, loneliness or on an addiction recovery journey. The courses are held in a beautiful woodland outside Leamington Spa. Sessions guide people to deepen their connection to nature, feel supported by a community of peers, and explore ideas for new activities they might pursue after the course ends.

The Academy offers a wide range of courses and workshops designed to empower your mental health and wellbeing, provided by a number of partner organisations working together

Courses are delivered face to face and online via Zoom. All Academy courses and workshops are completely FREE OF CHARGE and open to anyone over the age of 18 living in Coventry and Warwickshire who wants to better manage or understand their mental health and wellbeing.
