Found in many shapes and formations all of which share generic properties but also have specific and unique properties. Quartz works like a cosmic computer it is an extremely powerful healing and energy amplifier.

Hello everyone - I thought it would be good to tell you about my 22 years journey. It began with a diploma in anatomy, physiology and massage in 1999, followed by qualifications over the next four years in reflexology, VRT hand reflexology and a diploma in nerve reflexology plus reiki levels 1 and 2, Hopi ear candling and Indian head massage.

In 2004 we moved to Bridport where I ran my own mobile therapy business and worked as the reflexologist at a therapy centre which was fronted by a shop selling crystals and Fair Trade gifts. It was here that the crystal journey began. In 2005 we bought the shop.
Over the past 17 years I have been truly amazed, working with crystals and watching how they benefit so many people and situations.

In 2019 we relocated back to Hampshire, bringing my passion for crystals and well-being with me, hence the reason for setting up this page and sharing crystals with you all.

Prior to Covid I had been hosting workshops with crystals and hand reflexology for everyday and everyone, imparting 'self-help' techniques and lastly small mindfulness meditation groups.
I intend resuming these activites when it is safe to do so.
