Hey ladies,

I’m Nikki, a Personal Trainer, Boxercise Instructor & Wellbeing Coach.

I run classes at Townhill Community Centre, Meggeson Avenue, every Monday at 7pm & Wednesday at 6pm. We currently have a lovely bunch of ladies who attend, and have a few spaces remaining.

Some people say they can’t afford to attend classes each week, a gym membership or a PT.

Yes PT sessions can be too expensive for some, but a gym membership or classes are affordable… especially when you compare it to other things (mostly unnecessary, unhealthy things) you pay out for each week.

A month worth of classes with me are less than…

At the end of the day it’s what’s more important to you 🫵🏼

Do you go to the gym but don’t really know what to do when there? Are you not pushing yourself to your limits or following a programme?

I have put together a Full Body Split Programme for ladies that go to the gym or want to go to the gym, but simply don’t know what to do once there.
