💛 A gentle reminder that missed appointments without notice have a real impact on small businesses. Earlier today I had a client who didn’t show up, or get in touch to cancel or reschedule. Despite appointment reminders being sent.
💛 I completely understand that life happens and things occur last minute without warning and I will always try to reschedule — just a quick message is always appreciated.
🩵 Going forward, clients who miss an appointment without notice or communication will be asked to pay upfront when booking future sessions. This helps ensure that appointment times are respected and available for those who need them.
