💦💧Good hydration after a Reflexology or Massage treatment and in general is so important. Reflexology helps the body to re-balance and stimulates the removal of toxins. The body removes these through the excretory system and water plays an integral role in this process, so ensuring you drink plenty of fluids will aid the detoxification process. Your body uses water for so many processes including transporting nutrients around the body and getting rid of waste products. This reminder is always part of my aftercare advice 💕

I saw this diagram on Instagram - and the author had 319,000 likes. An AI generated Reflexology chart. Inaccurate and misleading.

Please never underestimate the true knowledge, understanding and expert training of a “genuine” Reflexologist. How can you be sure that you’re getting the best treatment with an accredited professional in this field? By using a therapist that is certified by the Association of Reflexologists, as membership insists on maintaining the highest industry standards and adhering to a strict code of practice.
