1. A huge well done to Liam, one of our support workers from Bangor, who is off to 🎓Wrexham University to study paramedic science.
2. Isle of Wight Cera Stars 🌟Caron and Jan 🌟Caron provided amazing support to a client and their family while they were going through a very tough time. Jan supported her colleagues and went out of her way to deliver the best care possible. Thank you both.
3. Congratulations to Monsurat from our Dundee branch who has successfully completed her SVQ Level 2.🎓 Well done Monsurat!
4. A huge congratulations to 🌟Rowland, Cera Star at Bramble Court on South Tyneside. Rowland was nominated for outstanding levels of care, compassion and professionalism. Well done - your hard work never goes unnoticed.
5. Wirral's Carer of the Month for July is Michelle, 👏who received positive feedback from several service users this month. Well done Michelle (and branch mascot 🐶).
6. One of our branch staff of the month is Rose, who went above and beyond for her colleagues. 💙She came into Poppyfields Extra Care Scheme to support staff on her day off, after a new resident experienced a medical emergency.
7. A lovely garden centre trip out for some of our Nightingale Lodge residents. 🌺
8. It's great to see these smiles whilst in training. Go team Halton! 😀
9. Shout out to our amazing team at Harvest Court on the Wirral. A resident collapsed whilst out on his daily walk. Our carers rushed to assist and started CPR before handing over to paramedics. The hospital advised that the carers saved his life. Members of the public were so impressed with the carers' teamwork they brought chocolates and flowers for the staff. Thanks to Gayle, Carol and Kirsten, our brave carers who supported our client, and the wider team who pulled together to help cover during the incident. 💜
10. Happy 90th birthday to Betty, celebrating with chocolate cake alongside two of her carers Debbie & Kerry from Yorkshire South & West branch. Hope you had a lovely day🥳
