💚 Just a little reminder from me today 💚

I went for a blood test yesterday morning. Nothing dramatic, nothing wrong — just checking in with my health. And it made me think how easy it is to forget about these small things while we take care of everything and everyone else.

Our bodies do so much for us every day. The least we can do is listen to them, check in from time to time, and give them the care they deserve.

Regular tests aren’t about worrying. They’re about peace of mind… and catching things early, when we can still easily do something about them.

Consider this your gentle reminder: take care of yourself too. You deserve that kind of attention.

Sometimes doing something for the first time feels a little scary… but at the same time it brings so much energy.

Walking the runway was exactly that kind of moment for me. I did it for fun, out of curiosity… and also to challenge myself a little.

Because the truth is, life really begins outside of our comfort zone. When we allow ourselves to try something new, even if we’re not perfect at it.

And honestly, those are the moments when we discover how much courage we actually have.

Maybe today is a good day to try something that scares you a little… but excites you at the same time.

Happy International Women’s Day to all the wonderful women out there.

May you remember today (and every day) how strong, capable and beautifully unique you are. Life asks a lot from us — we care for others, juggle a hundred things at once, and still somehow keep going. And that deserves a little appreciation.

So today, please remember to choose yourself too. Rest a little. Laugh a little. Do something that makes you feel good in your own skin.

You don’t have to be perfect. You don’t have to have everything figured out. Just being you is already pretty amazing.

Hi, I’m Magda.

I’m a massage therapist working with the female body in a holistic way — because tight shoulders are rarely "just" tight shoulders. Stress, hormones, busy lives… our bodies carry a lot.

My work is about helping the body slow down, release tension and feel good again.

I mostly work with women — I simply understand the female body very well.

And sometimes the best thing you can do for yourself… is lie down and let someone take care of you for an hour.
