On Friday I will be leaving the Bedford place room 🥲

It’s been an incredible 2 years since I opened the doors. 😄

I never once thought that after studying beauty therapy, 12 years later I would be living on the other side of the world, running my own business, doing what I now do.

Thank you for each and every one of you for making it all possible 🙏☺️

For now I will be taking a moment to visit my family in Australia. It has been a long 6 years since I’ve been home 😅

But don’t worry!

I was guided to integrating it into my Reflexology treatments when I began, and it’s been a much loved addition to the treatment, that I’ve kept using it!

This year has been reflective
Shedding
Releasing
Becoming aware of
Going inward.

So many more highs,
and all the highs have certainly allowed me to become aware of and appreciate all the incredible moments,
The lessons learned,
the people who have come and gone.

All of it makes us who we are
Each and every one of you, make up the whole.
Could we have even got here without each other?
I don’t think so.
This is what makes life so beautiful.
We’re not who we think we are, our experiences are made up of what we say, what we think, what we tell ourselves, see, feed our bodies, listen to, & choose to believe.

Knowing this, we can then alter our personal reality.

Our thoughts & emotions are reflected back to us through the people we meet.

A never ending mirror, in a never ending story, as we weave and integrating more of us into each moment.
A song that was written by us, for us, as we surrender to the melody that unfolds for us, through the choices we make.
Nothing is right or wrong.
It’s only you that can judge yourself.
Change yourself.
Grow,
Love.

So Live it to its fullest,
learn what you’ve always wanted to learn,
go where you’ve always wanted to go,
Learn that making mistakes is ok,
forgive yourself for them,

When you focus on good, it only triples in your life. 💓

When you focus on loving thoughts,
you see loving things, you see others that love. 🫶

When you focus on health, you start to become aware of what creates health 🏃‍♀️

When you focus on how beautiful life is,
it will show you all the beautiful things around you. 🌸

So it’s you that is a miracle.

because miracles don’t exist without you observing them.

To me, life's all about soul growth,

It’s having the experience of feeling depressed
(or as I like to call it, needing time of “deep rest”)

to then learn how to pull yourself out of it.

It’s making mistakes, and then knowing when to say,

“I need help, I can’t do this alone.”

It’s loosing what you thought you loved,
to allow something else to enter your life that you once didn’t know you would love!

I know you’re fed up with wondering how life may all unfold.

But you won’t know yet,

you can’t know yet,

You're not supposed to,

Because YOU create it all as you go along.

The universal laws such as ‘The Law of Attraction’ reminds us that like attracts like, and you get the reality of what you focus on.
By giving mental power to something we’re telling the universe ‘I like this, Give me some more’ and it usually gives us a similar situation that elicits similar thoughts and emotions. The law of compensation reminds us that if you are seeking something, you must contribute in some way toward your goals. So It is true that we ‘reap what we sow.’

Everything is constantly in vibration and movement,
Whatever we do causes an effect,
And we’re all energetically connected, no matter where we are ✨

The law of polarity reminds us that everything in life has an opposite, good and evil, love and fear. And that these are actually two sides of the same coin.

Take the time to get intentional about how you want to feel, and what you wish to experience in your life.
There’s a reality that you can access in your mind where you’re already living that best outcome, what does that life look and feel like to you?
There is no limit to how much love, joy and bliss we can draw to us, just by sitting in loving, blissful, happy thoughts, we hold so much power for positive change WITHIN our lives 🧘‍♀️
Positive change starts from thinking and feeling bigger than the current life circumstances you are in.

You can rehearse your movie now,
But remember, it’s a journey.. the joy is in the unfolding of it.
