Ingrown toenails 👣 are common in teenagers often caused by tight shoes, sports or improper nail trimming.

During the visit, I carefully assessed and cleaned the nail making sure there was no hidden spike causing pain. Once everything was checked I used my own technique to relieve pressure and help the nail grow in a healthier direction.

In this case the nail had already fully lifted from the nail bed and had to be removed.

👣 Guys it’s time to care for your feet!

This patient came thanks to his wife but you don’t have to wait. Often I hear: “Does it hurt?” the answer is no. I’m very gentle, precise and the treatment is completely painless.

Nail trauma after a walk 😬
