🌿 Consistency & Connection 🌿

Consistency can be hard — but for the past 100 weeks (23 months!), I’ve made a promise to myself (and to Regi, our loyal cocker spaniel 🐾) to walk outside every single day.

Come rain or shine, sunrise or sunset, we’ve wandered through local trails and set off on bigger adventures — from climbing Snowdon (3 times!) and exploring the Brecon Beacons, to discovering hidden waterfalls and strolling the stunning coasts of Dorset and Devon.

Each walk has been a reminder that wellbeing isn’t about perfection — it’s about showing up, breathing in the fresh air, and noticing the beauty around us. 🌄

Our next wellbeing adventure is on Sunday 16th November, where we’ll be taking on a 14k walk at Cheddar Gorge — one of the most incredible landscapes in the UK. I can’t wait for the views, the challenge, and another chance to celebrate movement, nature, and mindfulness. 💚

Here’s to keeping our bodies moving, our minds calm, and our hearts full. ✨

🌄 We Needed an Adventure! 🌿

We needed the hills, the fresh air, and a good dose of nature — so we planned a day trip to climb a big hill and walk along the ridge between England and Wales.

The first mile was ALL uphill, and a few of us started to doubt our abilities 😅 — but every time we paused for a breather, we turned around and soaked in the view… and wow, was it worth it!

✨ Rolling valleys, endless sunshine, and clear views that stretched for miles.

Absolutely stunning.

What a brilliant way to spend a Saturday — and the best part?

People are already asking, When’s the next one?” 👀

We’re a welcoming, friendly community that loves exploring, encouraging one another, and making memories outdoors. Everyone’s welcome — whether you’re a seasoned hiker or just starting out!

NEW FOREST WALKING FESTIVAL.

The New Forest Walking Festival starts from tomorrow, the 18th October and runs for two weeks, until the 2nd November. There are 45 walks on offer, accompanied by experts.

Do give one a go and let me know how it went! It's one of the achievements of the New Forest National Park that we can be proud about. No Forestry England parking charges in place at the moment either...
