Sprouted seeds are an incredible source of nutrition, only take a matter of days to grow and are inexpensive too. It's such an easy hack to upgrade your health!
Humans don't have the enzymes to break down phytates, but the sprouting process (which we humans have done for thousands of years, until recently) helps the plant release minerals that otherwise can't be absorbed easily. 💪
1 cup of sprouted broccoli seeds has the same nutritional benefits as 50 cups of broccoli. Incredible, no?!
I quite enjoy the process of soaking the seeds overnight, putting them in a tray, flushing them with water a few times a day, and then 3-4 days later, voila, ready to eat 😎 ! Go on, give it a go!
