And we are officially on yoga maternity leave 🥹💛

For almost three years, I've taught every week. Classes, workshops, retreats, collabs. OGs, regulars, newbies.

And while I'm SO ready to nest in anticipation of B's arrival, it's the weirdest feeling not knowing when I'll be stepping back into this enormous part of my identity. It's also an empowering feeling. Because this next era is all about being a Mum - something I've always wanted, and need to be in fully and wholeheartedly.

I thank my students a lot (gosh, especially this week pals, you've made me feel so loved!), but I want to sign off with a love note to yoga.

Thank you for giving me confidence and purpose. For deepening my connection to my body and mind. For being there, whenever and however I need you, time and time again 🙏🏽

I'll pop in with a little update once 🫛 makes his grand entrance, but ultimately I'll be taking this account off my phone until I'm ready to come back. For anyone who wants to stay in touch, you can find me on ✨

It's crazy. I've been counting down how many weeks of teaching I have left (two! What on earth 😢) and kind of forgetting that, once that's wrapped up, we're on a day by day countdown to meeting our son.

From the moment we found out he was a real, actual thing, life has been brighter.

I am SO aware of how lucky we are, I feel it every day - but, also, it was about time we had some luck.

Things are about to change beyond all comprehension. And yogi pals, I can't wait for it 🤍

It's my final month of teaching for... Well, I'm not sure how long.

I've made the decision not to cover my classes - an honest combination of Cosy not being financially viable to cover (when numbers undoubtedly drop further still during a break) and there not being any available aerial teachers to take on my flying community.

I want to respect my body as she heals and not put a hard date on leaving the bubba in the evenings. It feels wild, but it feels right.

I'm sure it shan't be super long (I'll miss my crew!), but - in the meantime - I'm excited to make this final month super special.

Join me for our weekly Cosy on a Wednesday, double aerial on a Thursday and one more Deep Rest on Saturday 28th June 💛

Morning, yogis 🥰

This beautiful chakra represents our energetic centre of love, compassion and emotional balance - to be unhurt, unstruck and unbeaten.

We'll move slowly and compassionately within that theme this evening 💚

Sometimes life feels really, really tiring, doesn't it?

And rest can feel like a luxury. As if it's something you need to earn. Everything else - your to-do list, the things people want from you, and the pressure to be productive - comes first.

And maybe something is telling you that you're simply not the 'kind of person' who can switch off. So, what's the point in trying?

Spoiler alert: no one can switch off. No matter how many times Headspace tells you to 'empty your mind', it actually isn't possible.

What is possible, is is creating a space where the noise doesn't feel so loud. A space where you don't have to perform, achieve, or fix anything. Just be.

It's not about switching off… It's about tuning in. Slowing your breath. Letting your shoulders drop. Allowing yourself to soften, even just a little.

Because in a world that never stops shouting, the real magic happens when we give ourselves permission to pause. To sink into stillness. To feel safe in our own bodies.

You don't need to earn that kind of rest. You just need to remember: it's already yours.
