We're part of the New Kadampa Tradition - which presents Buddha’s teachings in a way that’s accessible and relevant to modern daily life. Do you find it hard to calm your mind when life becomes stressful? You may find that this stress can lead to overthinking and anxiety. Once anxiety is arisen in its full force, it is hard to know what to do and how to cope with it.

In this half-day workshop, Gen Lekma will use Buddha’s understanding of the mind to help you discover how you can quickly and effectively calm your mind through the power of mantra. Mantra is an ancient powerful inner sound that calms the mind when receited. There are different mantras that help in different ways. By meditating on mantra, you will gain confidence to calm and protect your mind in stressful and difficult situations.

In this weekend urban retreat, Gen Lekma will explain and guide powerful meditations that will enable you to relate to yourself and your life in a positive and transformative way.
