In this half-day workshop, Gen Lekma will use Buddha’s understanding of the mind to help you discover how you can quickly and effectively calm your mind through the power of mantra. Mantra is an ancient powerful inner sound that calms the mind when receited. There are different mantras that help in different ways. By meditating on mantra, you will gain confidence to calm and protect your mind in stressful and difficult situations.
