93.77% of patients rated their overall experience of UHS as "Very Good" or "Good".

Two weeks ago today the Experience of Care Team finished retrieving patient and staff property from the wards that were evacuated after the fire at University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust.

We want to say a huge thank you to our UEL Estates team who supported us to go to all the wards we could in just 4 days. 🦺

Yesterday we supported Emma to host a Martha's Rule focus group with our wonderful .

We spoke to patients who had varying levels of knowledge on Martha's Rule and Call 4 Concern and we worked together to review patient communications about the service. 🤝

This afternoon we had a walkaround with some to improve the accessibility of our self-check-in machines at University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust.

Partnering with the Outpatients team and our Involved Patients we are working to make patient-informed decisions on how to best navigate the hospital🤝

Today we had a stall at the main entrance of the General Hospital (University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust) to talk to patients, staff and families about .

We had some really eye-opening discussions and even got to share some information about what our Spiritual Care team can support with!

The Woodland Ward Toy Project has been running for a few months now, allowing parents in our neonatal ward to play with their babies like they would do if they were able to be at home.
