Hampshire Healthy Heroes works with early years settings supporting healthy starts for young children and increasing emotional, physical and dental health outcomes.

Children are educated in a fun and interactive way, so that they understand the importance of looking after themselves and have the knowledge to implement healthy habits with the support of their parents, carers and Early Years providers.

A new Ready Steady Walk is starting in Petersfield on Monday 21st July!

👣Ready Steady Walks are free, pushchair-friendly, social walking groups for families with children under 5 years old living in Hampshire.
👣The walking groups meet once a week at the same venue in your area, at the same day and time. No need to book; just turn up!

From Monday 7th July, Ready Steady Walk Wi******er will be meeting at 10:30 AM (instead of 9:30 AM).

👣When? Mondays at 10:30 AM
👣Where? Garnier Road Car Park, Wi******er (The walk leader will be wearing a green lanyard and will meet you at the start of the path in the car park)
👣No need to book; just turn up!
