The long awaited 4+ years, getting turned away from fertility help for my BMI being too high, loosing around 5 stone to match the BMI boundaries in 5months with on the , working up the steps and being patient but careful with my diet to starting fertility treatment and the heartache of the first month not working.. was all worth it for you my little dolly!!

Knowing I am very very pregnant and still a much lower weight than I was before and feeling good in my own skin whilst growing a little human is the best feeling ever! I am so glad I found and my and lost nearly 5 stone before I was able to get fertility help!

Yes I have put weight on but I’m still A LOT lighter than I used to be and my baby is nearly fully grown! Not to mention all the water! I am very grateful for the diet and gem for helping me achieve my goal and now I am finally pregnant and due my baby next month!🥰

Choose you and your dreams! Work hard to reach your goals.. the road may seem longg but you will reach where you want to be! Forever grateful to finally say I’m having my miracle baby!☁️🌈🤍

Yes I’ve put on weight.. but I still fit in my clothes and I’m now 34 weeks pregnant!!🥰

Go easy on yourself, you’re bound to put on weight when pregnant and that’s okay! I lost just under 5 stone (thanks to the and gem) to go on fertility meds to finally conceive my rainbow baby after trying for nearly 5 years! I made my dream come true with a little help!

I lost it once.. I can do it again! And I’m so excited to start plan again with my when I’m allowed! I now know what I am capable of and I will smash it again.. BUT.. for now I am embracing and loving my body carrying this baby!! It’s my only dream and it came true! I love my bump and hate other things about the weight gain and shape but I keep reminding myself to go easy, I am creating a human. It’s okay!🤎
