I'm a qualified Clinical Sports Massage Therapist and Personal Trainer registered with the Institute of Sports and Remedial Massage.
From a young age I have always been very active. I love sport and practised Taekwondo throughout my youth, as well as playing volleyball for my college. But after a period of illness while I was at university, I developed a serious hip and back problem.
I sought help for this debilitating condition, but found few answers, which was extremely frustrating. So I took it upon myself to research the causes of my pain and what treatments and therapies may help it.
Several years working with many different therapists and self-experimenting with different approaches culminated in my studying for a Level 5 Diploma at the London School of Sports Massage. I now work with people of all backgrounds, from world class athletes to weekend warriors and office workers, all looking to improve their wellbeing and move more freely.
Living with any type of pain can be excruciating and demoralising. I know first-hand what it is like to not be able to move, not be able to sit down for any long period of time or not be able to get out of bed without my body creaking.
My experiences ensure that I can give my clients an entirely personal service, which not only assesses the physical but takes account of the emotional and psychological aspects of pain as well. We will be able to work together to ensure we find the cause of your problem, work through the right treatment and develop a plan so the pain does not return.
Get in touch today and let’s start working together to get you moving again.
