This week I attended the Talented Athlete Scholarship Scheme’s 2024 conference - Enhancing Health, Empowering Performance. It was a great few days worth of networking and I took away lots of information taking from the latest research.
My top tips from the conference!
1 - Get your 8 hours of sleep every night - it can really impact your physical and mental wellbeing.
2 - Practice and training is only beneficial if effective recovery systems are in place.
3- Being sedentary can undo all of the benefits that workouts can have - take regular breaks and get your steps in!
