👀 Could you spot the signs of abuse or neglect?
Abuse isn’t always obvious. It can be physical, emotional, financial, sexual, or linked to self-neglect.
Look out for:

Sudden changes in behaviour

Unexplained injuries

Withdrawal or isolation

Fear around certain individuals

Poor living conditions

If something doesn’t feel right — speak up.

Today, we pause to remember and honour all those who served and sacrificed for our freedom.

At Luv to Care Southampton, many of the wonderful people we support lived through the Second World War — some served on the front lines, others contributed from home, all showed courage and resilience that continue to inspire us every day.

We are privileged to listen to their stories, share their memories, and learn from their strength.

At 11am, we will join the nation in a moment of silence to reflect and give thanks.

To all who served, and to those who keep their memory alive — we will remember you. ❤️
