At Luv To Care Southampton, your health and comfort are our top priority—especially during these hot days! Whether you’re one of our amazing carers or a valued client, here are some simple tips to keep cool and stay hydrated:

💧 Drink plenty of water throughout the day – even if you don’t feel thirsty!

☀️ Avoid going out in the hottest part of the day (11am–3pm) if possible.

👒 Wear light, loose-fitting clothes and a hat when outside.

🏠 Keep your living spaces cool by closing blinds or using fans.

🥒 Enjoy refreshing snacks like fruits and salads to help stay hydrated.

🤝 Carers, check in regularly with clients to ensure they’re comfortable and hydrated.
