Before The 1:1 Diet, I struggled with my weight for most of my adult life with varying degrees of success in losing a bit here and there. The weight piled on during my 30's. PCOS didn't help and Senior roles with lots of travel, hotel stays and a love of food and wine cemented it. Rounds of IVF, the birth of my son and a return to

work all compounded it further. I saw my friend and my boss both lose weight with The 1:1 Diet. I decided enough was enough, I needed to gain control and it was time to take the plunge. That was in October 2019. I walked through my Consultant's door weighing 14 stone 9lbs (having lost a few pounds prior) That day literally changed my life. I have lost 3 stone 11lbs and I have gained happiness, confidence, health (my rheumatoid arthritis symtoms have decreased significantly) and a renewed zest for life. As a busy working Mum life is hectic but I love being active with my little family, adventuring in the outdoors. That definitely wouldn't have happened before I lost weight.
