Hello all,

Just a couple of gentle reminders.

🌳 When you come in to park please turn around to be ready to go out as its easier for everyone

🌳 Please also park over to one side to leave space for the next client

🌳 Please do not arrive super early & drive right up to The Woodland Therapy Room. If you need to be a bit earlier (no more than 10 mins) please park under the tree on the right so as not to disrupt the current clients session. (I appreciate traffic can be unpredictable...I do allow a bit extra time within the session for unseen events)

🌳 Please ensure all payments are made ahead of sessions as I'm having to spend a lot of time chasing up payments and to be honest I'm not the biggest fan of admin!

🌳 If you need to make a change or cancel an appointment please give me at least 48 hrs notice so I can arrange for another waiting client to have it.

Good afternoon,

Does your child suffer from anxiety?

Does their behaviour start to change as they get closer to having to go back to school, or do they display mood swings, anger....or generally moody and unhappy?

Are you getting frustrated with their behaviour and dont know how to help them?

If so, I can help!

I offer childrens sessions from as young as 4 years plus all the way up to young adults.....(& adults too)

Starting school, returning back to school so they have healthy ways of coping with the change.

At this age, they have a lot going on.....hormones, school pressures, friendship worries, confidence/self-esteem issues....

They might be going up a year or going into secondary school or college..

All these changes can affect mood, appetite, and behaviour, and a child can start to withdraw to where they feel safe. (Normally, their bedroom)

I've seen hundreds of children now and have over 6 years of experience in this sector.

WOW - how sensational does this glowing bride look..... ✨️ 👰‍♀

This client chose to come and change her life and have the wedding day of her dreams ✨️

Attending a social event before coming to see me was not possible....after therapy, she was quite happyily the centre of attention for an entire day!

With the therapy she received, i knew she'd glide down the isle, take that first dance & cut her cake all with a confidence she'd never experienced before......enjoying every minute of her special day....I think she is somewhere still up on cloud 😶‍🌫️ 9 right now!

I'm so proud of what we can achieve together ❤️.....all you you need to do is ask........put that step forward to help yourself & your dreams can also come true......

Good Afternoon,

Any of my existing or regular clients know that 2025 has been quite a year for me personally.

I've always kept a check on my wellbeing, diet & exercise and through Hypnotherapy its easy to keep this mindset.

However since falling ill & needing to have major surgery my whole dietary requirements had to change. What i was doing before wasn't working & in 5 months i really felt my energy levels slump.

I deal with Peri/Menopausal clients all the time in clinic however being placed surgically into Menopause is a bit different & i wanted to seek knowledge from a nutritional expert to also support myself.

I was recommended to give Woodland Nutrition a try & in one month I've changed so much, the results speak for themselves and I've met so many lovely people.

As we go through different stages in our life we need to adapt to our situations & our diet is so important.

If anyone else is interested in this please pop me a message to find out more! 📲

Stacey Lewis is also in the business of helping people achieve their goals so our businesses really aline, and I highly recommend her. Most ladies i help have a tendency to continually put the entire family before themselves...something I work on all the time in my business. This was something I really needed to do for myself!

Good evening,

Meet Peyton ... my little 10 year old clients' favourite cuddly!

We have so much fun in children's sessions.

We really get to know each other, play games, build trust, have super relaxing stories, and I use your child's imagination to help them out of whatever their issues are....

So effective, they love it & you can see the difference in my younger clients & teens as soon as they come out of the chair.

Hello all, It's Tue 15th April and.....

It's so great to be back & working with clients again in my beautiful Woodland Therapy Room, I've missed it so much......

This morning I had my lovely first client who is working on herself! She is going to change so much I just know it....today we worked on over thinking, and positive mindset ✨️

Next I saw a client who has smoked for over 67 years! 🚬 🚭 It's definitely time to kick that habit....it really is never to late to change! His health is already improving as the toxins leave his body within the next 48 hrs.....

Lastly I saw a new client who has been waiting for my return...suffering from sleep deprivation, stress & debilitating anxiety.....he really needed help to get back on track and start his recovery...

He is already feeling better after one go in the beautiful, soft & cosy relaxation chair...so happy to be able to help him to feel well again.

His appetite and sleep will now start to return 😴 😌

I'm taking it easy on my first week back so just a few more client's over the next two days but i can't wait to welcome you all back...I will see you all soon ☺️
