“I have been meaning to contact you to say how delighted we are with the allergy testing and moving on to a new food for Darcy. We moved on to Pooch and Mutt senior- one of the high protein, low carb foods you recommended- and waited a bit to see if it would help with Darcy’s ear itching / smelly discharge in her ears. We also started her on Zesty Paws 5-in-1 Chews / Multivitamins.

Well, about 3 months later, I can say it has made a massive difference. We hardly have to clean her ears now (we keep an eye on them) and although she still shakes her head a bit and has a scratch now and again, she is like a different dog. We steer clear of the foods which she has a higher intolerance to (eg strawberries- I sometimes used to give her our leftovers) and I am so pleased to not be giving her any medicine to counteract the issue with the ears.
So I just wanted to say a massive thank you- I am so happy, especially because she is now 9 and I want to give her the best life possible as she gets older 🙂”

As per our RETURN & REFUND POLICY, once tests have been purchased they are non-refundable.

Samples must be sent off to the lab within 3 months of purchase.

I have several tests that have been purchased and samples have not been sent off, please check your purchase date and ensure your test is still valid before sending to the lab.

Just a reminder - if you have purchased a test from me I do not send you a kit in the post. All instructions are in the email that you’ll receive after purchasing.

Please note that going forwards I will no longer be sending out physical kits for testing. Instead you’ll receive instructions by email of how to take your sample and where to send it, plus a form to print out and fill in.

This will make the process much quicker and simpler!
