After a couple of weeks , my sciatic pain has reduced. I used to get tingling down my right leg at night which disturbed my sleep. I had to take painkillers to get some rest. Now the pain is greatly reduced. The only criticism is finding the best position for the unit on my back. Some more diagrams would help. I find laying on my front the best position often will jogging bottoms holding the unit in place.
