This is exactly WHY we began our own funeral home. Overton and Saunders family funeral directors. We are family ONLY and we NEVER have nor ever will make money by taking advantage of families during grief. It sickens me. Madgwicks are absolutely amazing and we have only ever charged our families what we are charged……. The ACTUAL price.
Check your invoices families!!! Question everything.
The bigger the company, the bigger the overheads AND why would you pay more than you need to for an identical or better service 🤷‍♀️
