Questions to consider…
If you are in an accident/came across an accident/your child was in an accident, are you confident that you are strong enough to be able to pull yourself out, and be able to save other people safely without hurting yourself?
Are you feeling strong and fit enough to run around with your child, playing in the park, running with them on a bike, lifting them and spinning them round when they run into your arms?
Are you able to carry all those heavy shopping bags without struggling and feeling pain?
