Healing with Abbey

🚨 Little update and some news... 🚨

In the interests of transparency and openness, I need to tell you all this:

It's time for me to take a step back from Healing with Abbey for a while. As most of you know I've been battling my own demons for some time and today I've been offered a job that will allow me to continue my own journey and bring some much needed balance into my own life. So in true 'Abbey fashion' I start tomorrow. 🤣🙈🤣

This isn't the end of me healing and I'll still be offering appointments on some weekends and the days I am not working but these will be much more limited.

I am so grateful for everything that Healing with Abbey has become and the beautiful journeys I have been a passenger too, but I just need to squeeze that brake pedal for a moment, reflect, readjust and then see what happens! This is not a 'my work here is done' but rather a natural pause. It's not because I don't love healing because I do, it's just that I know this will be a good step for my mind and my health.

So from the absolute bottom of my heart, thank you to each and every one of you that have trusted me with your journeys to date, please do reach out, keep coming, don't be a stranger, I can't wait to see you all as usual but in the meantime please be patient with me as I adjust to this new phase of being and working 💗🙏💗

Please do pop me message if you have appointments upcoming, I will not let you down x x

Wahooooo! The last sound journey was so delicious I've decided to do another one and it's next Wednesday! It would be soooo good to see you all, I've missed you after the six weeks!

Doing a little thing on Thursday if anyone fancies it at Woolston Community Centre 6 till 7. We will be doing a lovely gentle guided meditation and then continuing deep relaxation and reflection whilst allowing ourselves to be immersed in the sounds of various healing instruments. This is a great introduction to healing, meditation and mindfulness.

Just bring yourself, a mat, pillow, blanket etc and an open heart and an open mind. £20pp.

Let's create a little calm in the summer madness, and looking at the weather forecast we might even be blessed with a natural sound bath too! ⛈️🌩⚡️

Well it's been a little while between work, life, illness and a little chaos but it's now time to reconnect with you all and spread a little calm amongst the summer chaos we are all about to embark on!

Join me on Thursday 1st August from 6 till 7pm for a beautiful guided meditation followed by a symphony of summer sounds for you to meditate and relax to. Time for yourself to pause, go within and just be. Reconnect to body, breath and mind.

Well it's been a while, Mother Earth is waking up and it's time for me to do the same! Join me on Friday 3rd May, to welcome in Beltane, to set intentions for the summer and to leave the winter heaviness behind. We will be pulling cards, having conversations with crystals and all enjoying a deep healing during a sound ceremony and bespoke guided meditation!

💖 TRANSPARENCY 💖

I'm not sure if it's the right thing to do to post this or not but it feels right so here goes...

Lots of you have noticed that I'm super quiet on socials lately and in the last few weeks I've been poorly and in proper hermit mode. The truth is, behind the scenes, I'm doing the work too. And although I have been physically unwell I'm also working through some stuff on a mental and spiritual level too. Just because I help you on your journeys I'm not altogether, I haven't "got it" and I'm very much on a journey too, just like you. It feels right to share this because when I say to you "do the work", "sit with it" or "make the changes" I really do know how hard that is. And sometimes you have to make space and time to do that too. So I've been making the space, doing the work and it just feels right to let you guys know that.

So please don't think I'm not here, I really am, just reach out - I'm just not "social media visible" at the moment. I'm back in my healing space today, making magic and starting journeys with beautiful souls. Not a day goes by that I'm not grateful for each and every one of you, for your courage, your commitment to your healing and your honesty. It's only right that I'm honest with you too.
