I thought I would choose a Crystal for guidance today, and this beautiful piece of Tiger’s Eye felt right. It is believed to hold the properties of releasing fear, anxiety and aids balance. It is also known for attracting wealth, and by helping with financial blocks. Have a good day.

I have now completed a course on Emotional Freedom Technique (tapping) which is really good at releasing emotional blocks, such as issues with weight and fear. It helped me enormously with my fear of going to the dentist. Please contact me if you would like an appointment for any of my therapies.
