Kat Sara Yoga Yoga, Pilates, Yogalates (flowing mix of Yoga and Pilates) Private classes are available!

Yoga, Pilates, Yogalates in small, friendly, group classes with the emphasis on meeting your needs as an individual so you can get the most benefits from your practice. Kat teaches in a flowing style which encompasses targeted warm-ups to infuse joints with mobility and nourishment, followed by energising vinyasa (movement with the breath), invigorating and tension melting held postures, followed by restorative, calming stretches and deep guided relaxation. Kat has fourteen
years yoga teaching experience and over twenty years experience as a yoga practitioner. She has a clear and sensitive teaching style and pays close attention to ensuring all class participants are practising safely, comfortably and enjoyably for their particular body-type and needs.
