- a sports therapist / sports massage practitioner

- aesthetic nurse / beauty therapist

- complimentary therapy that would within our clinical environment

- physiotherapist that feels they can work and grow with an osteopath - sports injuries and post NHS care preferred.

December is here and Christmas is coming 🎅

Just to let you all know that after another hectic year I will be taking a break for some family time this Christmas.

So my last working day in clinic will be Thursday 18th December.

If you think you may need an appointment or have had a ni**le you’ve been wondering whether you should get it looked at then there’s still time. Week commencing 15/12 is already really busy with some extended appointments being added. So don’t waste any time making your booking.

Hey Everyone.

So, it’s been nearly 5years since my prices changed.
Unfortunately due to increasing costs for rent, insurance, membership and all the other things that have increased in price, it is with regret that from January 2026 all of my Osteopathic costs will increase.

This will look as follows:

* Osteopathic Initial Consultation and Treatment 1 hour (full medical history, examination, diagnosis and treatment - with short term management plan) - £79

* All osteopathic follow up appointments 40mins
- £58 (with review in March 26)

Sports Massage - appointments are:

30mins
45mins
60mins

* Dry Needling - 30mins - £60

I hope that this doesn’t come as a shock to everyone as we always provide the best and highest level of care. Communication is important and we are always here to listen.
