Self-care isnât just a 60-minute massage or a hair appointment in the diary.
Itâs how you speak to yourself on a bad day.
Itâs drinking your water. Getting enough sleep. Eating well and enjoying the treats.
Itâs checking in with what you need, not just pushing through.
Of course, booking time for yourself is important (and Iâll always be here for that).
But real self-care is 24/7. Itâs the little choices we make over and over again that remind our nervous system weâre safe, cared for, and listened to.
