Patient & Family Support Hub The Patient Support Hub is a volunteer service based at the University Hospital Southampton (UK).

We offer support to any UHS-registered patient with additional needs and their families with a variety of different services provided by a volunteer team.

We are excited to announce that we will be hosting a drop-in carers afternoon tea for unpaid carers on Wednesday 20th August 1-3pm at University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust , with Unpaid Carers Support Southampton!
