The NHS long term plan now states it wants to ensure postnatal pelvic floor physiotherapy is available to all women by 2024. Finally the importance of prevention is being recognised! Up to 50% of us are still unable to perform a correct pelvic floor contraction despite reading leaflets and information online! If you would like a pelvic floor assessment do get in touch!
