This weekend at The Healing Grove, we’re holding space for something quietly meaningful.

Today, Fiona Penfold Holistic Therapist is offering her monthly group ear acupuncture session, working with the 5-point NADA protocol — a deeply calming and supportive practice traditionally used to help settle the nervous system, ease stress, and restore balance.
It’s a gentle yet powerful way to come back into yourself.
This afternoon, the space will then be held for a Sound Journey again with Fiona, inviting rest, integration, and deep listening.

Tomorrow, Wednesday 17th, we have our last soundbath for 2025! If you would like to book in for this beautiful offering with Torrin Vear, please pop us a message.
Torrin uses traditional instruments from gongs and crystal singing bowls to drums and rattles, to create a sound journey, that will ground and centre you as well as bring calm and clarity to the mind and body.
The session will begin at 6:30pm and finish around 8pm. Spaces are £15.00pp.
