This Saturday 5th July, we have a beautiful Inner Dance Session held by Fiona Penfold Holistic Therapist at The Healing Grove 🙌

This somatic meditation can really help you unlock trapped emotions, release fear/anxiety, and come into a blissful peace 🙏
