Meet the team!!!

It's been a long time since we have posted on social media - but we are now back!!

The team has changed significantly over the last few months! You may recognise some familiar faces and some newer ones too..... Not all of us are here in these ones but here are a few members of our fab team!

I just wanted to take this opportunity to bring you the news, with great sadness, that after 17 years I will be leaving the club. Due to circumstances, I feel this is the best decision for me.
Having been there to help open the place right from the beginning, I have met so many wonderful people and you have all had a hand in creating so many memories. I wish you all the very best for the future. Chris

Club Member Vinay is preparing himself for a huge challenge and for a great cause. April, as we know, is when the London marathon is being held and Vinay is doing his bit. 26 miles around our capital city, Vinay will be pounding the streets to raise money for an extremely worthwhile cause of the Children of Palestine.

We at the club, wish you all the best Vinay and please members, let's get behind Vinay and give him all our support.

I would very much like for you all to join the club in wishing Liv, our new Senior Therapist, a very big warm welcome. Liv brings a wealth of experience and knowledge from the world of beauty and we feel very lucky have her working with us here at the club.

We are currently running our Mother's Day Special Offer, 20 % off a treatment, this is running till 17th March 2024...so don't waste time just thinking about it, book in that special mum for a little treat.

We are operating different opening times in Beauty, now offering Sunday's and a couple of evenings, which will accommodate those that work during the day.

Marina's been at it again...
Winning at the European Powerlifting Championships in Malaga, she won:-

4 Golds
3rd best Lifter
Broke 3 European Records
Won the ladies Team trophy too.

GB came away with 90 medals in total winning the country with the most medals phenomenal.

Marina is our individual PT who sets an example for members and seniors throughout our local community, Marina is determined to “keep pushing, keep achieving, keep winning and keep inspiring people to keep moving for as long as they can.

Well done Marina our Champ!

We had a lovely farewell for Val yesterday as she now goes off for a life leisure. The Club would like to say a huge thank you to Val for the 11 years of hard work she has given us. You will be missed by members and staff alike but now is the time for you to enjoy the retirement you deserve.

Personal and friendly with great facilities, members and staff for those who like to be part of a club! Facilities include an indoor swimming pool, steam room, sauna and spa pool. The gym has a wide range of equipment and all members receive a personal programme tailored to your needs.
