As some will know, July is a very special month for us here at .
Back in July 2010, an idea was formed to start my own company providing Event Medical Cover, following 6 years voluntary work with St John Ambulance.
Planning initially only to serve our local area - ‘The Waterside’.
As year one progressed, we started to get noticed, and we were being recommended to clients slightly further afield, so we decided to continue and try to make ourselves the biggest and best we could be.
Throughout the years, there have been many challenges to overcome, namely COVID19 in 2020, where our entire work diary was cancelled overnight due to the Lockdowns.
There was times I didnt think we would get through that period, but I fought hard, and we came out the other side, ready to continue as events started to return.
15 years on, we have achieved amazing things, which I never dreamt of us doing all those years ago.
Every single year we are growing larger, our client retention is phenomenal, and the feedback from Clients, Safety Teams and Statutory Services has been glowing, to the point we were told by a Safety Officer we work closely with, that our 6x6 Event Treatment Centre was going to be used as a Gold Standard for his Safety Planning, which was such a proud moment for us, after we have put so much investment and thought into these areas.
So, what is next you ask?
We are currently working on a very exciting expansion project, which although I cant share much at the moment, I can tell you that it will take us to the next level, and I cannot wait to share it with all of you!
We hope for this to be ready to roll out within the next few months, so keep your eyes peeled for updates!!
Its still Waterside - but like you have never seen before!!
As always, I need to say a massive THANK YOU to my amazing Management Team who work tirelessly in the background, ensuring that everything runs smoothly, and that we are compliant.
And of course, an even bigger THANK YOU to my fabulous team of Medical Staff, without whom, there would be no Waterside.
I am deeply proud and thankful to everyone who is involved with us at Waterside EMS.
I want to thank each and every client that has engaged with us over the last 15 years, many of which are still using our services to this day, and we look forward to continuing that support into the future!
