Cross country day at Defender Burghley Horse Trials - a busy day in the physio cabin but only minor aches and pains, fortunately nothing serious 😎

This is Emma Thomas and Icarus flying over the Leafpit - I treated Emma everyday last year for a nasty injury she’d sustained just before the show; this year it was wonderful to see her in top fitness, not needing any physio at all 🤩

Day 4 as official physio at London Longines Global Champions Tour

Wow 71 treatments in 3.5 days!

Treatments from 10 mins to an hour - from a 5* rider jumping off his horse in the warmup arena and dashing in with cramp, moments before going to compete. To a sponsor with a chronic condition that normally responds to TCM acupuncture and hearing that I’m able to help.

Looking forward to next year already - fingers crossed they invite me back 🤞🤞🤞 #

It’s nearly the end of the The London International Horse Show and everyone’s starting to run out of steam 🫣 Except for Harry the Skeleton, who’s been watching quietly on the side lines all week. He was delighted to be given the chance to practice his hands-on skills
