Merger Update-
We have been informed by our clinical system supplier that the merge of HEMC patients into the Blackthorn database has unfortunately failed and has had to be restarted. This means that the Hedge End site is still not able to see patients routinely. We have been informed that the merge will hopefully now be completed by Thursday. This will also impact on prescriptions for HEMC site patients, so we are not able to issue routine prescriptions yet. If you cannot wait until Thursday, please put a paper request in as online services will also be offline still for HEMC patients.
